Here at EBI, we provide a range of services to support school and teacher development including through our flagship mentoring programme, Meant to Mentor, a free mentoring service run by an incredible team of highly skilled teaching professionals.
Meant to Mentor offers teachers access to experienced professionals, free of charge, for up to one academic year, so that they can benefit from an additional and objective layer of support.
As experienced teaching professionals with decades of school leadership experience, we understand the challenges and rewards of working in busy schools and we work hard to provide an excellent standard of service in everything we do.
We are also developing our very own learning app, Kiall, which we hope will help pupils to engage with their learning in a fun and creative way while helping teachers to track pupil progress regularly and effectively while easing the burden on workload.
Since launching the EBI brand, we have
-
mentored well over a hundred teachers, supporting them with managing their wellbeing, dealing with challenging situations at school, as well as offering crucial advice about career progression - and the launch of our new Meant to Mentor programme will mean that this support reaches hundreds more teachers over the course of the next academic year.
-
connected a range of teachers, tutors, support staff and senior leaders with opportunities to work in schools
-
supported all of our candidates with excellent advice and guidance whether they find work through us or not
-
prepared hundreds of candidates for interviews and trial days with mock interviews and support with lesson planning
-
coached and helped assess hundreds of pupils through 16 different home-language GCSEs
